Drainage

Drainage works successfully carried out by WADDAD Management Team range from 100mm diameter residential works up to 2m diameter concrete pipes in commercial developments.

 

Manholes constructed from basic 450mm diameter plastic chambers up to 5m diameter concrete chambers and at depths from less than 1m up to 10m deep.

 

Over the years all types of ground conditions from good solid clay to running sand below the water table have been encountered and overcome.

Water Attenuation

Water attenuation involves underground water storage tanks which are used primarily in heavy rain / flash-flood situations. These tanks are used to reduce the amount of surface water released into the existing system, which in turn avoids back-ups and allows the water to be dispelled at a manageable flow rate.

 

As can be seen by our gallery photographs, these systems come in different designs and tend to be used more in commercial than residential developments, but they can still be used for car park situations within residential sites.

Formwork, Steelfixing

Formwork and reinforcing has been carried out by this team varying from smaller work to residential substructures up to larger operations for office development as can be seen in our gallery photos, which are works to office developments, university buildings and residential buildings.

Concrete

WADDAD have experience in concrete works in a wide range of situations, from small foundations up to 400m3 continuous pours as can be seen from our gallery photographs of completed works carried out by the team.

Road Formation, Hardlandscaping

Our road formation & hard landscaping services have been carried out extensively over the years from greenfield to demolition sites across Central Scotland and can be priced as a stand-alone contract or as part of a composite package.
